In 2019, the mother-daughter team decided to come together to provide clients with multi-faceted services. Meet the Team
Alice Kempf
Alice has been in the real estate business for over 12 years. She has owned and operated multiple businesses…her landscape design business led to a flipping and real estate investment business. From there, she worked at becoming a top producing agent, then took the opportunity to build a dynamic real estate team with her daughter Melissa Vanderburgh. Alice also currently runs a successful home staging business. She also loves to train and coach the Team to be Awesome! In her spare time, Alice enjoys hiking, mountain climbing, the beach, and spending time with her grandkids and family.
Melissa Vanderburgh
Melissa has also practiced real estate for over 12 years. She is well versed in managing investment properties, buying and selling commercial properties, house flipping, and currently owns and operates a home renovation business. Melissa also loves working with residential buyers and sellers, bringing her vast knowledge of homes and home renovation talents to the table. On her days off, you can find Melissa having fun with her children while camping, or at the beach, or at the zoo. Although Melissa does enjoy relaxing, it seems she always has a new project going on at home – which is definitely her passion!
Dana Polys
Dana has been with the team since early 2020. He is the Team’s top rockstar agent…selling and helping buyers with dozens of homes since he joined! Working with investors, buyers and sellers, he always puts his client’s best interests first. And if you are new to buying or selling a home, you can trust Dana to hold your hand through the process and guide you through the hurdles. When he’s not helping someone find their dream home, Dana has many interests including hiking, camping, dog-sitting, and hanging out with friends.
